"The Colle del Nivolet is an alpine pass located in the Graian Alps, the watershed between the Valle dell'Orco and the Valsavarenche, located within the protected area of the Gran Paradiso National Park… I took this image between 9pm and 12am to wait for the right alignment of the milky way above the mountains."
